Age of Exploration
The Age of Exploration lasted between 1418 and 1620. Portugal, Spain, England, France, and the Netherlands are all countries that were a part of the Age of Exploration and had the most effect on it. These countries would send ships out to see to spread their religion (Christianity), find better routes to travel on, and to become more aware of everything going on in the rest of the world. The main reason for the A.O.E. was to find more efficient sea routes to Asia, which was a very significant place for trade. This was a very important thing for explorers to find, because with every other important discovery, they would gain wealth and fame. All of the countries that were participating in the A.O.E. were very eager to find new land and claim all of the benefits that came with their new land. This caused much tension between the countries and even though they weren't physically fighting, they were silently competing with one another.
Merchants were the most beneficial people during this time. This was because merchants were trading a lot more than usual and because they were making a lot of money they were able to go on more journeys/voyages. With even more money some were able to form their own companies. Because of all of this the economy was impacted and changed to a Capitalist Economy.
I would think the most important explorers were Christopher Columbus, Hernan Cortes, and Ferdinand Magellan. Christopher Columbus, in my opinion, would be the most important explorer because he founded America. I think the second most important explorer would be Ferdinand Magellan because he was the first to find out that our Earth was round and was even the first to sail the entire way around. I think Hernan Cortes was not as important as Columbus and Magellan but still very significant because he went exploring in Mexico and was able to learn more about the Aztects which is an important part of history.
If I was living in Europe during the Age of Exploration I would take advantage of all of the benefits that the merchants were getting and become one. This way I would be very wealthy with the successful trading that went on during this time. I would also appreciate the time that I was living in because of its significance in history and because of all the momentous new discoveries and accomplishments that were going on.

The Fall of Rome
The reason for the fall of Rome is still under question and examination by many historians. When Rome was at its best it was sometimes referenced as "Queen of the Earth." One of the reasons why people think Rome fell was the raising of the taxes. Because of these taxes being raised many people were unable to pay. This caused people to be arrested. Some merchants were considered being unfair with their prices. Another theory that historians have been looking at is that of Constantine converting to Christianity. This could have caused things in Rome to become "unstable". Because of Rome being a city it was heavily populated, therefore sickness was easily an epidemic. Rome's military was falling apart and could not preform things such as protecting themselves. Germanic tribes invading Rome could have also been a major reason for the fall of Rome. They displaced many civilizations with their invasion and corrupted Rome as a whole. One of the other theories is lack of communication between the emperor & the village. A more reasonable theory would be that Rome was one of the many places that just happened to evolve into something different over time. Besides a chaotic time, the fall of Rome can be looked at as a positive thing. Civilizations now have a better insight as to how to be successful and avoid things that might have a negative affect on them.

DOCTORS..
Doctors used numerous things that Muslims either found or discovered. Their hospitals, med. care systems, infection discoveries, and ambulances are just a few of the examples. Hospitals were in many places and this helped with the health of the people because there was better care for them. With everything that the doctors discovered/found they were able to greatly impact their civilization and civilizations to come.

ASTRONOMERS..
Muslims gained benefit from astronomy with their religion and prayers. There is little to no way that they could have been able to practice their religion without the discovery of astronomy and navigation. Astronomers were the ones to discover the astrolabe. This was a tool that enabled them to find the holy city, Makkah. This is also used for the direction in which Muslims pray toward. Astronomy & astronomers are one of the most significant things in the East's history.

Historical Relationship: Islam, Judaism, & Christianity
These three religions relate to each other because Muhammad always told his followers to treat others with respect and treat them the way that they would want to be treated. Christianity and Judaism relate to each other is that Christianity came from Judaism. Muhammad made sure that his followers were clear on the fact that they should treat everyone with just as much respect as the next. All three religions were allowed in Arabia. The last historical relationship that they shared was that they were all monotheistic.

Life & Teachings of Muhammad!
Muhammad was sent to life with a Nomad family in the desert. He came back to live with his mother when he was about five or six years old. The first time he was exposed to places outside of the Arabian deserts was when he went on a trading route with his uncle. Muhammad's teaching: teaching people to treat other people with compassion, honesty, and justice.
